A Upplýsingar sem þú leggur fram
Notendaskráning á vef GA á Íslandi.
Eins og staðan er í dag, nóvember 2021, þá er enginn notendagrunnur í notkun hjá GA, en það getur breyst.
Þar af leiðandi er engum slíkum upplýsingum safnað.
Upplýsingar sem verða til vegna samskipta við GA
Ef þú sendir okkur tölvupóst eða hringir í neyðarnúmer GA, þá fáum við upplýsingar um nafn, símanúmer og
innihald þess tölvupósts sem þú sendir.
B Upplýsingar sem safnað er þegar þú notar vef GA
Vafrakökur og önnur verkfæri til greiningar á notkun.
Við, eins og flestir vefir, söfnum ákveðnum notkunarupplýsingum á sjálfvirkan hátt og vistum þær í atburðaskrá (e.log file). Við söfnum einnig hugsanlega sjálfvirkt upplýsingum frá því tæki sem þú notar þegar þú heimsækir vef GA. 4 Lagalegur grundvöllur fyrir vinnslu persónugreinanlegra gagna
Það fer eftir þeim upplýsingum sem við söfnum og í hvaða samhengi, hver lagagrundvöllur þeirrar vinnslu er.
Við munum, undir öllum kringumstæðum, einungis safna og vinna persónugreinanleg gögn með þínu samþykki.
5 Öryggi
GA skuldbindur sig til þess að vernda þínar upplýsingar í hvívetna. Til þess að svo megi verða þá notumst við við þau tæki og tól sem tiltæk eru til þess að gera vef GA eins öruggan og mögulegt er.
Að því sögðu er rétt að taka fram að það er ekki til sú vefsíða sem er 100% örugg.
6 Varðveisla upplýsinga
GA viðheldur og varðveitir upplýsingar svo lengi sem við höfum réttmæta ástæðu til. Eins og í því tilviki að veita þér þá þjónustu sem þú hefur beðið um.
Þegar upplýsinganna er ekki lengur þörf þá er þeim eytt.
7 Aðgangur
Þegar og ef GA tekur upp notendagrunn þá munu skráðir notendur geta fengið allar upplýsingar um sína skráningu með því að senda tölvupóst til netfangsins adild@gasamtokin.is
8 Réttindi þín samanber persónuverndarlög
Ef þú ert þegn ríkis innan Evrópska Efnahagssambandsins, þá gilda um þig eftirtaldar reglur;
Þú átt rétt á því að fá aðgang að, breyta, uppfæra eða biðja um eyðingu á upplýsingum um þig.
Þá getur neitað vinnslu á persónugreinanlegum gögnum.
Ef við höfum fengið samþykki þitt fyrir vinnslu á persónugreinanlegum gögnum þá getur þú afturkallað það samþykki hvenær sem er.
Þú getur kvartað yfir vinnslu persónugreinalegra gagna til þar til bærs yfirvalds í samræmi við lög um persónuvernd.

9 Þínir valkostir
Þú getur notað vef GA án þess að gerast skráður notandi og takmarkað þar með þær upplýsingar sem við söfnum og vinnum.
Flestir vafrar bjóða upp á að loka fyrir notkun á vafrakökum og loka þar með fyrir slíka upplýsingasöfnun. Þú getur slökkt á notkun vafrakaka á vef GA. Slíkt getur hugsanlega haft áhrif á virkni vefsins upp að því marki að hann verði ekki sérsniðinn að þínum þörfum.
